New: The Reliability Scoring

New: The Reliability Scoring

Isn't it frustrating to send a request to a lady who was shown to be available - and then get negative or no feedback at all?

Even more annoying if a request is confirmed and then canceled later?

To some extent, such situations are inevitable in dating.

However, as a platform we would like to help keep the number of these cases as low as possible.

That is why three key figures are now visible on every profile:

  • The Reliability
  • The Date Rating, which could already be seen before
  • The Overall Rating, which is made up of the Reliability and Date Rating

Note: Unlike the date rating, the reliability is a calculated figure!

Reliability takes into account whether an advertiser answers requests, how correct her availabilities are and how often she cancels meetings after confirmation.

Thus there are three criteria taken into consideration for the reliability. If an advertiser has an average or below average reliability scoring, it does not mean that she often cancels meetings. It could mean that she didn't answer some new requests within the given time window. Maybe because she was at work or because she is one of the few people who do not check their smartphone all the time. Therefore, consider the reliability scoring only as an indication to help your decision making process.

Recommendation: Select profiles with a high reliability score, especially for short-term requests! This increases the chances that it will work.
